Giving this Jeep the stance it deserves is achieved by lifting it 2.5” using a high end Teraflex Sport ST2 suspension system with Falcon 2.1 Shocks.
Developed for the Jeep enthusiast looking for a stable highway commute and comfortable trail performance, the 2.5” Sport ST2 Suspension System features front lower Sport Flexarms and Falcon Progressive Bump Stops. The preset Sport Flexarms optimize steering geometry for improved highway handling. The additional lift height clears larger diameter tyres without compromising on- and off-road stability.

Falcon shock absorbers and TeraFlex lift coil springs have been engineered together to improve both compression and rebound for optimal vehicle stability. These Jeep-specific shock absorbers deliver increased stability, improved ride quality, and comfort for daily driven vehicles as well as race-inspired performance, handling, and stability for off-road rigs.

We have cleared room for huge 37” tyres with only a 2.5” suspension lift. This has been achieve by combining the Teraflex 2.5” suspension lift with Mopar high top fenders which create an additional 2” clearance for the tyre within the fender flares. This lower lift height / high fender combination creates a lower centre of gravity for both on-road comfort and off-road performance in comparison to larger suspension lifts.

37” BFGoodrich KM2 tyres are mounted on Rugged Ridge 17×8.5” XHD Alloy wheels. These alloys are hub-centric wheels designed to exactly center the wheel over the hub. Providing the best fit possible and the proper clearance for brake rotors, steering components, and suspension. Better fit means no wheel vibration! A stainless steel button-head socket cap screws around the perimeter of the outer wheel face, giving it a great 3-piece look.

EXTERIOR ENHANCEMENTS

Warn Elite full width front recovery bumper was designed, engineered, and made in the USA, and is a great piece of equipment that’s perfect for the life off road. Features include geometry designed specifically to increase approach angles and articulation. Will accommodate 37” tires with only a 2.5” lift. The integrated winch mount is engineered and tested for the high stresses of winching. Precision welded eyelets for shackles, allowing for increased recovery options. Integrated off-road jack points for easy access when jacking up a JL.
A lower bumper skid cover provides integrated look and protects critical components such as swaybar disconnect.

The rear Smittybilt XRC bumper provides increased clearance and have angled corners for more aggressive approach angles in extreme conditions – perfect for this Jeep running larger tyres. Solid D-ring and jack point mounts are welded on the inside and out, and feature an integrated recovery point for easy access. The bumper also features integrated LED reverse lights.

Rugged Ridge Spartacus HD tyre carrier hinge casting provides the ultimate in strength and stability for mounting the spare oversized wheel and tyre. Functionally designed to manage the amplified force and vibrations produced during extreme off-road conditions. The precision die-cast aluminum Hinge Casting provides maximum strength without the excess weight of steel. The one-piece design hinge casting is a complete replacement for the factory tailgate hinges, creating a structurally stable link between the tailgate and the body, resulting in smooth one-handed access to the rear cargo area. This, in combination with forged steel hinge brackets and hardened steel pins, results in far superior load capacity than the factory tailgate hinges, thereby effectively reducing wear and increasing longevity.

OFF ROAD CAPABILITY

The Rubicon is equipped with the gear you need to take on the trails. Tru-Lok front and rear electronic locking differentials lock power and distribute it evenly between the wheels for ultimate traction during low-speed rock crawling. Pushing the dashboard-mounted sway bar button disconnects the sway bar and allows your front wheels to drop and compress, improving articulation. A heavy-duty 4:1 low-range transfer case delivers outstanding torque and low-speed control for impressive off-road performance. The Jeep Wrangler Rubicon is also equipped with front and rear Dana 44 axles. The axles are beefed up with thicker tubes and forgings for superior strength, rigidity and durability.

INTERIOR FEATURES

The interior is where you will find major improvements over the previous generation JK Wrangler. Modern in every way, the interior of the JL Wranger raises the bar to new heights. Heritage tan Mckinley leather-trimmed bucket seats with accent stitching and Rubicon logo perfectly complement the black exterior, Leather trim heated steering wheel, customisable 7-inch Driver Information Digital Cluster Display and an available Uconnect® system 4C NAV with an 8.4-inch touchscreen with full Apple and Android connectivity , you’ll always drive in comfort and style. The Jeep also features optional extra technology pack which adds blind spot indicators and keyless entry.
