Modified Suspension

Giving this Jeep the stance it deserves is achieved by lifting it 2.5” using a high end Teraflex Sport ST2 suspension system with Falcon 2.1 Shocks.
Developed for the Jeep enthusiast looking for a stable highway commute and comfortable trail performance, the 2.5” Sport ST2 Suspension System features front lower Sport Flexarms and Falcon Progressive Bump Stops. The preset Sport Flexarms optimize steering geometry for improved highway handling. The additional lift height clears larger diameter tyres without compromising on- and off-road stability.

Falcon shock absorbers and TeraFlex lift coil springs have been engineered together to improve both compression and rebound for optimal vehicle stability. These Jeep-specific shock absorbers deliver increased stability for daily driven vehicles as well as race-inspired performance, handling, and stability for off-road rigs.

35” BFGoodrich KM3 tyres feature on Rugged Ridge 17×8.5” XHD Alloy wheels. These alloys are hub-centric wheels designed to exactly center the wheel over the hub. Providing the best fit possible and the proper clearance for brake rotors, steering components, and suspension. Better fit means no wheel vibration! A stainless steel button-head socket cap screws around the perimeter of the outer wheel face, giving it a great 3-piece look.

Rubicon Off Road Capability

The Rubicon is equipped with the gear you need to take on the trails. Tru-Lok front and rear electronic locking differentials lock power and distribute it evenly between the wheels for ultimate traction during low-speed rock crawling. Pushing the dashboard-mounted sway bar button disconnects the sway bar and allows your front wheels to drop and compress, improving articulation. A heavy-duty 4:1 low-range transfer case delivers outstanding torque and low-speed control for impressive off-road performance. The Jeep Wrangler Rubicon is also equipped with front and rear Dana 44 axles. The axles are beefed up with thicker tubes and forgings for superior strength, rigidity and durability.

Exterior Enhancements

Rugged Ridge Venator front recovery bumper has muscular contours and chiseled facets combine with the Venators radical arches, creating a bumper that clearly complements the overall aesthetics of the Jeep rather than fighting them. It’s like nothing you’ve seen yet. This bumper accommodates an 10,000lbs Warn Winch with synthetic rope.

The N-Fab EpYx drop down step provides a sleek and polished aesthetic to the Jeep. The expanded step plate offers the ultimate ease of access to the lifted Jeep. Angular steel construction offers long lasting durability and strength with great style.

This Storm Jeep has been fitted with an impressive array of LED lights. Dv8 light bar brackets that accommodate a Rigid Radiance 50” roof level LED light bar. This Rigid Radiance light also features a white back light that can be used as a running light.
7 x LED Grill lights with industry first design which maintains the JL’s signature factory appearance featuring 7 – 2” Round CREE LED Lights. The Laser Cut Billet Series features a heavy 3/16” blade contoured & cut precisely to extend into the signature Jeep grille openings and offers a unique custom look.

The rear Smittybilt XRC bumper provides increased clearance and have angled corners for more aggressive approach angles in extreme conditions – perfect for this Jeep running larger tyres. Solid D-ring and jack point mounts are welded on the inside and out, and feature an integrated recovery point for easy access. The bumper also features integrated LED reverse lights.

Open-air freedom is at the heart of every Wrangler. There are big improvements all-around for the new Wrangler, including a new lightweight Freedom Top hardtop with easily removable roof panels.
