Modified Suspension

Giving this Jeep the stance it deserves is achieved by lifting it 2.5” using a high end Teraflex Sport ST2 suspension system with Falcon 2.1 Shocks.
Developed for the Jeep enthusiast looking for a stable highway commute and comfortable trail performance, the 2.5” Sport ST2 Suspension System features front lower Sport Flexarms and Falcon Progressive Bump Stops. The preset Sport Flexarms optimize steering geometry for improved highway handling. The additional lift height clears larger diameter tyres without compromising on- and off-road stability.

Falcon shock absorbers and TeraFlex lift coil springs have been engineered together to improve both compression and rebound for optimal vehicle stability. These Jeep-specific shock absorbers deliver increased stability, improved ride quality, and comfort for daily driven vehicles as well as race-inspired performance, handling, and stability for off-road rigs.

The increased suspension height clears room for chunky 35×12.5” BFGoodrich KM3 tyres fitted to 17 × 8.5” Teraflex Nomad wheels, these cast alloy wheels feature a reinterpretation of the classic six-hole design. Engineered with a “form follows function” philosophy resulting in a technical look complement the Jeep aesthetics perfectly.

Rubicon Off Road Capability

The Rubicon is equipped with the gear you need to take on the trails. Tru-Lok front and rear electronic locking differentials lock power and distribute it evenly between the wheels for ultimate traction during low-speed rock crawling. Pushing the dashboard-mounted sway bar button disconnects the sway bar and allows your front wheels to drop and compress, improving articulation. A heavy-duty 4:1 low-range transfer case delivers outstanding torque and low-speed control for impressive off-road performance. The Jeep Wrangler Rubicon is also equipped with front and rear Dana 44 axles. The axles are beefed up with thicker tubes and forgings for superior strength, rigidity and durability.

Exterior Enhancements

Rugged Ridge Venator stubby bumper has muscular contours and chiseled facets combine with the Venators radical arches, creating a bumper that clearly complements the overall aesthetics of the Jeep rather than fighting them. It’s like nothing you’ve seen yet. This bumper accommodates an 8,000lbs Warn Winch with synthetic rope.

The Venator has Overrider hoop seating 4 x Vision X 3.7” LED light cannons. Small in size, high in output. Light Cannons are the ultimate light for blasting through the night with a powerful broad driving beam pattern and outstanding medium distance lighting coverage. The light utilise a snap on protective cover made of polycarbonate (virtually unbreakable) and offers a cover that protects against stone damage and keeps the light lens clean for when its needed. The red cover can also be used as a filter to reduce light temperature and glare back in order to enhance penetration in dust and air particulate.
The light cannons are mounted to the new line of Vision X bulletproof Off-Road Light Brackets, these brackets that are specifically designed to take a beating and come back for more. Torture tested in off-road racing our new brackets are made entirely of 4130 alloy hardened American steel.

The Rugged Ridge Spartan Nerf bars are the ideal solution offering a little help climbing into this lifted Jeep without sacrificing that aggressive off-road attitude. These Spartan Nerf Bars feature a 3-inch OD primary tube that fits in a higher position than conventional tube steps offering a cleaner look, while patented drop-down step hoops at each door gives you firm footing for easy entry & exit.

Rear Rugged Ridge recovery bumper also features 3/4 inch D-rings, Hi-Lift jacking points and parking sensors. The numberplate has relocated out of harms way and HD Rugged Ridge tyre carrier is capable of handling the huge 35” spare with rear view camera integration.

This Storm Jeep also features a Rugged Ridge AmFib Raised air intake snorkel. Just one look at this product and you know this is not your typical snorkel. The snorkel blends seamlessly with the factory cowl panel and instantly becomes the focal point that you can’t take your eyes off of. The entire system and its components look “at-home”, as though they we’re part of the Jeeps original design. But where the rubber really meets the road is where the AmFib Snorkel truly shines with cooler air delivered to the engine and increased intake hight providing insurance against a hydro locked engine when the water gets deep.

Fitted with Rugged Ridge Rear LED Cube Mount and diffused beam Wilderness cube light, this is an ideal option for adding rear-facing illumination to the rear of the JL. Backing up your rig on a pitch-black trail or backing a trailer in the dark are simplified when you’re equipped to cast some serious light on the subject.

Open-air freedom is at the heart of every Wrangler. There are big improvements all-around for the new Wrangler, including a new lightweight Freedom Top hardtop with easily removable roof panels.
