The Rock-Trac® 4×4 system with Tru-Lok® locking differentials gives you a 4:1 low-gear ratio delivering more control, more torque at the wheels and lets you go virtually anywhere.

Dana 44 front and rear axles with Tru-Lok® mechanical lockers offer supreme capability off-road or in slippery conditions.

Electronic front sway bar system lets you automatically disengage the front sway bar when driving under 18 mph in 4LO mode. The front wheels can then drop and compress up to 25% further.

Modified Suspension System

We have used AEV’s 2.5” DualSport Suspension System which takes suspension engineering to the next level. This kit brings OE-level suspension engineering to the aftermarket to create a true do-anything “dualsport” suspension – one that is both extremely capable off-road, while offering unparalleled on-road performance and handling. The DualSport system has been thoroughly tuned for impeccable behaviour in every situation you might put it in – and especially the ones you didn’t intend to.

In addition to the AEV kit components a heavy duty Old Man Emu steering damper has been used with relocation bracket to move it higher up than the vulnerable low handling stock position.

Vehicle Protection

Matching front and rear bumpers are manufactured by AEV. Premium quality and stylish bumpers finished off with textured black powder coating match perfectly to the Jeep contours. Both bumpers offer robust protection and solid recovery points. The rear bumper has a chassis mounted swing away tyre carrier that offers a strong, vibration-free and effortless means of carrying the 35” tyre.

The AEV stamped steel Front Skid Plate is not only good looking, but protects your sway bar, impact beam, and steering as well. The Front Skid Plate integrates perfectly with the AEV front bumper and It has two dedicated lift points for a Hi-Lift Jack that holds the tongue in place beneath the bumper safely and prevents the jack from sliding sideways during use.

Installed are front and rear AEV Dana 44 diffs covers manufactured out of high-strength nodular iron with reinforced bottom edge with recessed hardware keep the vulnerable low hanging differentials protected.

Rock Slide Engineering rocker sills provide impressive body protection, but also offer a unique feature where a side step deploys as the doors open making getting in and out the lifted Jeep hassle free. These steps feature a rocker switch inside the Jeep which when flipped turn the system off, beneficial when been used off road.

Addition Enhancements

The factory headlights have been upgraded with Vision X Vortex LED headlights finished in black chrome. Legal and engineered for the UK market the Vortex LED Headlight also comes packed with an extremely powerful high-beam and a wide spread low beam. With such diversity in beam pattern, you can rest assured that you’ll have the right lighting for the right scenario at any time. Equipped with a DRL Halo LED Ring, the headlights feature a bright halo ring that can be active as a day time running light, without the low beam or high beams. Having a 7″ halo on the front of your vehicle will not only turn heads, but also provide you with the optimal lighting options for any situation.
LED taillights by JW speaker and Vision X fog lights complete the upgraded factory lighting.

A Safari Snorkel protects the engine from the hazards of dust and water commonly encountered in touring and off road driving. The snorkel relocated the air intake point from the relatively low and vulnerable position under the bonnet to a higher and safer location where a constant source of cool, clean and dry air is available, protecting the engine from costly damage.
Manufactured in Australia from premium quality polyethylene, the Safari snorkel is UV stable and incredibly resilient to withstand harsh environments.

Internal ARB air compressor neatly mounted under the passenger seat proves a useful addition to inflate tyres after an off road trip where airing down is necessary.
