Suspension

The Jeep has been fitted with Old Man Emu 2.5” Suspension lift. While ride height increases are attained with this kit, emphasis is placed on ride control improvements. Further fine tuning is achieved as the springs are precisely matched to a corresponding set of Old Man Emu shock absorbers, delivering a fully integrated system, designed specifically to suit the vehicle. As a result the Jeep exhibits better towing and load carrying characteristics, improved wheel travel, and rides and handles better over any road surface.

The iconic Old Man Emu yellow shocks are the perfect colour to match the body work.

Wheels and Tyres

The Endure Pro wheels by XD Series are legends in off-roading. Their style and performance have made them favorites for off-road racers, rock crawlers and mudders alike. The designs are race-proven and feature an unmatched combination of light weight and durability.

Fitted to the wheels are 32×11.5” BFGoodrich AT KO2 Tyres. The AT KO2 is the latest tyre from BF Goodrich offering a balance of on and off road all season performance.

Extended Fender Flares

The Rugged Ridge Hurricane Flat Fender Flares feature a unique double bolt pocket as a modern spin on classic pocket flare styling. Engineered for both form and function, the fender flare’s unique shape complements the Wrangler’s rugged looks and lines, while mounting high up on the fender for extra clearance for oversized wheels and tires and thereby offering 2.89 –inch more tire coverage and 1-inch more tire clearance over similar OE designs. Each flare features a 2-inch larger wheel opening allowing for larger wheel/tire combos. Each 6.68-inch wide fender flare is constructed from durable black injection molded thermoplastic complete with a set of durable black corrosion resistant fasteners.

Bumpers and Body Armour

The Smittybilt front and rear bumpers are manufactured from heavy duty 3/16” steel plating and powdercoat painted for the utmost longevity. The front bumper features strong tabs for D-rings and a sturdy winch mount platform. The rear bumper has a 2” receiver hitch to accommodate a number of tow hitch accessories.

Fitted to the sills, fenders and hood is Rugged Ridge body armour for that offroad look. Each Body Armor piece is constructed of black diamond plate looking UV treated thermoplastic for the coolest, toughest looking up-grade, and protects the exposed areas from stone chips and scratches.

Winch

The Spartacus heavy duty winch features a durable 5.5 HP Series Wound motor with 8500lbs pulling capacity. Tough 3 stage planetary gear box with a 172.8:1 gear ratio delivering power and reliability Includes 94’ of 3/8 inch diameter wire rope and latched hook. Automatic load holding brake system (in the drum brake system). Tough stainless hardware is used on the body of the winch to eliminate rust and includes a durable 12’ all weather cable remote solenoid box that can be mounted in multiple positions
