Storm Jeeps - STORM-30, 2018 Jeep Wrangler Night Eagle 4 Door 2.8 CRD

The Night Eagle Limited Edition was revealed at the 2017 Geneva Motorshow with its distinctive soul. It is based on the top of the range Wrangler Overland model but adds an extra dimension of style and exclusivity which include dedicated decals on the hood and rear quarter and a unique xtreme Purple paintwork. Only 20 of these special Jeeps were destined for the UK and are all 2.8 CRD 200 hp engines with a 5-speed automatic transmission in 4dr only.

Storm Jeeps Off Road Ready Exterior Enhancements

Smittybilt Atlas HD front bumper offers excellent visual improvements and protection with practical recovery points and winch mounting. The matching Atlas side bars offer excellent rocker panel protection as well as a functional step.
This Jeep is ready for off road adventure and has been fitted with Warns Tabour 8-S winch with synthetic rope for self recovery and a Safari Snorkel raised air intake for those deep water crossing.
Blacked out LED headlights by Vision X not only look great, but offer a huge improvement to lighting. Additional Rugged Ridge LED cube lighting is independently controlled by a switch panel conveniently located in the Jeep.

Storm Jeeps Modified Suspension, Wheels and Tyres

The Storm Jeeps suspension has been uprated to a ARB Old man Emu Sport system with a 2.5” height increase.

While ride height increases are attained with this kit, emphasis is placed on ride control improvements. Further fine tuning is achieved as the springs are precisely matched to a corresponding set of Old Man Emu shock absorbers, delivering a fully integrated system, designed specifically to suit the Jeep. The spring rate has been specifically engineered for the 2 door diesel variant. Extra weight from aftermarket equipment has been accounted for in the spring rate to ensure the suspension is optimum for the Jeep.

The Old Man Emu JK lift uses the Nitrocharger Sport Shock, the most advanced and innovative 4×4 shock absorber on the market. Designed by a dedicated team of OME engineers through an exhaustive vehicle specific development program, Nitrocharger Sport 4×4 shock absorbers deliver the best control, durability and most comfortable ride over all terrain.

An Old Man Emu heavy duty steering stabiliser / damper has also been fitted, with increased compression and extension damping performance. This improved performance will assist in the overall ride and control of the JK Wrangler.

17” x 8.5” TUV approved Duratrail wheels are of premium quality and off road tough. Fitted with larger 285/70 BFGoodrich AT KO2 Tyres perfectly suited for the 2.5” suspension lift. The AT KO2 is the class winning a tyre from BF Goodrich offering a balance of on and off road all season performance.

Night Eagle Interior and Exterior Features

The Jeep Wrangler Night Eagle is based on the Overland Version but adds features such as unique body colour, grille with painted mid-gloss black colour throats, headlamp rings and badge and new dedicated decals.

In the cabin, the Wrangler Night Eagle gets leather seats and a Leather wrapped steering wheel with Diesel Grey accent stitching and Piano Black painted bezels.
