The Rock-Trac® 4×4 system with Tru-Lok® locking differentials gives you a 4:1 low-gear ratio delivering more control, more torque at the wheels and lets you go virtually anywhere
Dana 44 front and rear axles with Tru-Lok® mechanical lockers offer supreme capability off-road or in slippery conditions. The Recon features further front axle enhancements over the standard Rubicon Dana 44…Beefed up with 25% thicker uprated tubing and heavy-duty end forgings. This axle is ready for some serious off road use.
Electronic front sway bar system lets you automatically disengage the front sway bar when driving under 18 mph in 4LO mode. The front wheels can then drop and compress up to 25% further.
Teraflex Falcon Suspension System
3” TeraFlex Alpine CT (Cross-Trail) Suspension System.
Designed to tackle Baja silt beds as well as the daily commute, the Alpine CT3 Suspension System is the no-compromise choice for the true weekend warrior with a do-it-all attitude. The 3” lift Alpine CT3 offers a complete set of bolt-on fully adjustable Alpine flexarms for full suspension adjustability both on- and off-road.
The fully adjustable Alpine flexarms have been engineered to allow tuning of the pinion and caster angles, anti-squat geometry, and tire position as well as optimize front and rear roll centers. Alpine flexarms feature dependable and maintenance-free bushings. The heavy-duty adjustable front track bar and rear track bar bracket eliminate side-to-side movement.
This adds up to full suspension articulation and flex off-road along with superior ride quality and performance on road as well as minimal brake dive and squat under acceleration to better put the power down on any surface. TeraFlex suspension systems provide reduced noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) compared to other kits. The Alpine CT3 Suspension System is the best of both worlds!
Falcon shocks and TeraFlex coil springs have been designed to work together to improve both compression and rebound for optimal vehicle stability.
Suspension Key Features:
- Falcon shock absorbers and steering stabilizers are engineered to meet the unique requirements of the JK Wrangler/JKU Wrangler Unlimited. These Jeep-specific steering stabilizers deliver a properly weighted steering feel and consistent bi-directional turning for balanced and controlled side-to-side steering response and an equal return to center dynamics.

- Hydraulic front bump stops, reduce harness of suspension bottoming out reducing the risk of bent axle tubes.

- Upper and lower adjustable control arms allow correct wheelbase adjustment, castor and pinion angles.
- Braided brake hoses provide a heavy duty upgrade with extra length for the increased suspension height and down travel.
JCR Offroad Body Armour
This Jeep has a matching set of JCR Offroad Cuisader body armour components which includes the front and rear bumpers, rock sliders and flat fender flares. The combination of these products provides increased protection and tyre clearance allowing 37” tyres to be fitted with the 3” Lift.
Mid width bumpers offer increased clearance whilst still offering some body work protection. Front and back bumpers as well as the rock sliders have hi-lift jack points engineered into their design.
JCR Offroad rock sliders have LED rock lights built in tho their design.
Wheels and Tyres
The Jeep is fitted with Huge 37” x 12.5” Cooper STT Pro tyres with 17” Hutchinson beadlock wheels:
To increase the mobility of the Jeep operating on poor traction surfaces such as sand, mud, rocks or snow, it is necessary to increase the footprint of the tyres. This is achieved by decreasing the tyres air pressure. This mobility is only achieved if the wheels are equipped with a tyre bead locking device as the tyre pressure can be taken down to single psi figures without risk of the tyre popping off the bead. Hutchinson’s wheel design allows the use of internal beadlocks, keeping them street legal.
