Styling

Monster grille adds aggressive style, complemented with Bushwacker extended flares to give full width coverage and custom styling. Due to wider stance from the offset wheels and wide tyres, the Bushwacker extended flares keep the vehicle legal by providing extra tyre coverage.

With their recessed stainless steel bolts and massive presence, Pocket StyleFender Flares are a Bushwacker original manufactured in the USA. They’re custom-designed for the Jeep Wrangler and look perfect with the oversized tyres and high-clearance suspension.

Upgraded Suspension System with 4” lift

Old Man Emu 4” suspension lift kit by ARB has undergone countless hours of engineering and testing.
4 inch lift is achieved by linear rate springs using X5K high grade steel tuned to provide compliant ride on road while maintaining off road performance.

Both front and rear Nitrocharger Sport shocks have vehicle specific valving tuned for optimal blend of ride control and comfort. Shock lengths have been optimised for maximum down travel while retaining factory drive shafts, brake lines and shock mounts.

To centre and fine tune the location of the front axle, Old Man Emu has developed an adjustable forged track bar as a replacement to the original. A Hi grade 4140 forged steel adjustable track bar was chosen for its superior strength, durability and freedom to optimise design.

A rear Track Bar relocation bracket was developed to address the positioning of the rear track bar. This relocation bracket not only centres the axle but also raises the rear roll centre to provide positive rear stability. Old Man Emu engineers have used Design Solid Modelling and FEA to ensure strength and durability.

A bump stop spacer kit is used to ensure a larger diameter tyre is kept off the body work and optimises shock extended and compressed lengths to allow maximum compression and rebound travel.

New longer front and rear sway bar links have been developed to correct sway bar alignment due to increased lift. The rear link is the factory style with two ball joints. The front link has an upper ball joint and the lower has a disconnect function using a greasable pin.

The steering damper has been specifically tuned for the Jeep JK to address front end wobbles initiated by anything from worn ball joints to out of balance large diameter tyres.

Brake line relocation brackets have been developed to reroute factory brake lines to work with this kits’ extended shock lengths. A handbrake relocation bracket lowers the brake line mounting position to relieve stress on brake lines resulting from the higher ride height.

In addition to the Old Man Emu Kit, advanced geometry control arm drop brackets have been used. These durable drop brackets help reset JK control arm angles to a more natural and comfortable geometry. By reducing the operating angle of the front control arms, the force applied to the arm when hitting a bump is now directed up into the springs instead of being absorbed into the frame. These drop brackets allow the JK with 4in of lift to operate more like stock, with a more appropriate geometry to increase force on the front wheels. More force means more traction in straight line braking and reduced weight shifting and inertia when braking during a curve.

Wheels and Tyres

Huge 20” x 9” Fully cast race proven KMC XD Rockstar 2 alloy wheels are for those who like to stand out. Fitted with 35” x 12.5” mud terrain tyres for even more aggressive stance.

H4. Front Bumper and Winch

The tough and stylish Smittybilt XRC M.O.D. bumper gives full width coverage, and houses the 10,000lbs Smittybilt electric winch. Coated in a two stage textured matte black finish. The bumper is also equipped with D-Ring mounts that are welded on the inside and out that provides a towable anchor for off road recovery situations. The Modular front modular bumper allows many different combinations with bolt on hoop and stinger options for use when off road.

Rear Bumper and Tyre Carrier

Smittybilt XRC Atlas rear bumper perfectly fits to the Jeep Wrangler contours and features a dual-stage matte black powder coat finish. The tyre carrier provides support for the heavy oversized tyre and is height adjustable with cam-style pin adjustment ensuring perfect gate stowing.

Includes integrated jerry can and jack mounts solid mount for D-rings and it also features a 2” receiver hitch that can be used with compatible accessories design for receiver hitch.

Sill Protection

Smittybilt SRC Side armour utilises a dual girder system that provides the ultimate protection for the sides and under section of the Wrangler. SRC Side armour provides protection as well as a step at the same time. It has been finished in the same matte black textured powder as the front and rear bumpers.
